Step 1. How to get a free domain and setting name server (NS)

Visit domainku, you will see the empty square box that must you fill with domain name as you like then click Check Availability. If you see that your domain not Available, you can choice the alternate domain name that give by domainku or you can try again until Available and free. After your website available and free, you will see the button “continue to registration”, click it then you will see the login page, if you are a member you can login and if not, you must click “Create an account now”.

You must fill the empty box with your data (box with check symbol) and dont forget to fill check in small box (I accept term and services) then click “Create an account now”. Then you will see the confirmation page and you need to Set Up. Now you must manage your domain click the small circle, and fill Name Server 1 and Name Server 2.

Allright you didn’t have Name Server and this is important, I must remain to you that your domain must have name Server and they (domainku) give you 24 hours to set up. For a while you fill Name server 1 with dns1.000webhost.com and Name Server 2 with dns2.000webhost.com, you click Set Up, wait and you will see confirmation “your change has been submited then click OK button. Now Your domain is ready to use and 48 hours dead line is no longger be in effected. In the next you must change Name server (DNS : Domain Name Server) after you have one.

Step 2. How to get free hosting and name server (NS) for domain

Let’s find a website that give you a free hosting, …………………

Visit 000webhost, this website PHP and MySQL Databas Support, also give 250MB free disk space and 100GB Bandwith.

After website show up, click “Sign Up” button. Type your domain name in to the box under “I want to host my own domain” and fill all the empty box with your personal data. Don’t forget to type a number that shown and check “I agree to term of service” then click “Create My Account”. Confirmation page will shown and click “Setup My Account”. Account Detai Overview page will shown and you will see like this bellow:

ns02.000webhost.com           66.197.234.346

ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.webhost.com are Name Server. put them and Fill in to your DNS name, login at domainku to manage DNS and replace old DNS to new one above.

Step 3. How to get a Wordpress script and prepare it

Visit Wordpress website, you can directly download free but I suggest that you must register to wordpress for future your will get “akismet key”, this plugin is an important to send and recieve a post.

Step 4. Upload wordpress without software and preparing database

Your wordpress.zip ready, Visit your 000webhost, go to control panel and fine File Manager, click it. If you see login page again you must fill the empty box with your password and enter. Then the page with folder will shown, fine “publick_html” folder, click it. Then Upload your wordpress.zip into “public_html, confimation page will shown and click check image, after finish click back arrow.

At the “public_html, new folder shown (wordpress folder). Enter that folder after the subfolder and file of the wordpress shown, replace all wordpress file into “public_html”.

Don’t forget to delete “deflaut_html”.

After replacing finish, find file “wp-config-sample.php rename it to wp-config.php then open that file as edit….1.

Back again to 00wbhost control panel, find  MySQL folder, click it. Then “Create new database and User” page shown, fill the empty box with database name, user name and password, then click “Create database”.

Example:

Database name: a6789_aaaaa

Username : a6789_bbbb

Password: xxxxxx

edit…..1, edit your wp-config.php, replace DB_NAME, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD and DB_HOST with yours, shown like bellow:

define(’DB_NAME’, ‘a6789_aaaaa’); // The name of the database

define(’DB_USER’, ‘a6789_bbbb’); // Your MySQL username

define(’DB_PASSWORD’, ‘xxxxxx’); // …and password

define(’DB_HOST’, ‘mysql1.000webhost.com’); // 99% chance you won’t need to change this value

Then Update or save.

Visit your website http://www.yourdomain.co.cc, then click install but remember your username and password.

Installation complete, edit your password by your own then save or update.

“Your Worpress is ready now” to install

Step 5. Wordpress installation

Load your web, http://yourdomain.com then you will see Wordpress installation page, your deflaut login: admin and don’t forget to note the password then click Install. In the next page, fill about your wordpress and etc.

To edit your password you must login again with login: admin and password that you noted then click admin at right above your screen, and edit your password.

You will directed to install wordpress by choice wordpress at menu in your hosting server as like 000webhost

go to Control panel and you can find it and Step 4 above not use anymore by this way.
